Welcome to Fresh Aura Cleaning LLC By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services based on the scope of work agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional services may require additional charges.

2. Scheduling and Access

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

• If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

• Please secure any valuable or fragile items before our arrival.

3. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and, if necessary, return to re-clean the affected areas.

6. Liability

• While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or improperly installed items.

• Any claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.

7. Health and Safety

Our staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is considered unsafe or hazardous.

8. Pets

We love pets, but for the safety of both our team and your animals, please ensure that aggressive or potentially dangerous pets are secured during the cleaning service.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
