At Fresh Aura Cleaning LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed.
If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
Deposits for canceled appointments may be refundable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
